It is a common phenomenon across the globe that people who appoint a property buying consultant often spend less on their properties, even after the consultancy fee is paid. In addition, the agent selling a property has been appointed by, and is acting in the best interests of the vendor. As a purchaser it is an astute idea to have impartial, unbiased, expert advice so that you make the right choice for your needs.

In Ireland, all vendor’s look for proof of funds before accepting an offer, and in many cases unless you have proof of funds you aren’t allowed to view the property. In order to avoid disappointment, and so that we can act as quickly as possible within the market, we only take on clients who are ready to purchase.

We aim to help every client find their dream property. At the outset, before the first video consultation, we ask clients to identify their property requirements. If the budget advised by the client is too low for the size of property, and or area the client would like to purchase, we will discuss  this with the client. We will welcome the client to return at a time when property prices are lower, or if their needs have changed. Their client portal will be held open for them until they do so.

We are sorry to see you go. The booking fee is unfortunately non-refundable after 14 days, however your client log in page will remain open to you indefinitely in case you change your mind. You can make an appointment with us again at no additional cost.

You are welcome to bring an English speaking interpreter with you to all appointments. If you do not have one, an independent interpreter will be appointed at an additional cost to you.
